Hatch schedule and lead times

We hatch weekly from April through July. To secure your preferred hatch, place your order at least 1–2 weeks in advance. If your chosen week is full, we’ll offer the nearest available date. Weather may affect shipping timing to ensure chick safety.

Live arrival and health

We ship early in the week using ventilated chick boxes with heat support when needed. Please open boxes promptly upon delivery. If you have concerns on arrival, contact us the same day so we can help.

Care on arrival — quick start

Heat: 95°F the first week, then reduce ~5°F per week. Keep brooder dry and draft‑free.
Water: Offer warm water with electrolytes on arrival; use shallow drinkers and pebbles/marbles to prevent drowning.
Feed: Gamebird starter (28–30% protein). Keep fresh feed and water available at all times.
